Logging in issues

So, I recently came back after the update, but it won't let me sign in to my account LightTrain. So I have to use a new account that won't send me a password. So I can't try to make it mine again. Can anyone help me get my old account back. If you want to find my first account I have an application in the moderator forum. Another question is why haven't I been responded to on that.
